Its a flat world!

Me: So you work in Australia, huh?
Craig: Yup!
Me: I must say that this is the first time I am getting a call from Australia and the first time I am getting a call from Nacon!
Craig: Is that so? Yea, we have a small centre down here in New South Wales. It's in Sydney.
Me: I know NSW! I follow a lot of cricket.
Craig: Really! So, where are you calling from?
Me: India!
Craig: But I am an American.
Me: I guessed that from your English. :)
Craig: So, here is an American, working in Australia for a Japanse company, discussing his technical issues with another guy from India working for an American company.
Me: Its f** wor**
Craig: What's that?
Me: I said its a flat world!
Craig: It sure is!

that was cool. the video "The Other side of Outsourcing" was made while outsourcing was the hot topic in 2004 presidential elections. I have read all the NY Times opinion editorial columns that Thomas Friedman wrote from Bangalore while he was doing the documentary for Discovery Channel. Check out this interview that Thomas Friedman gave in the PBS program Charlie Rose about this book:
